Download Ebook

I am planing to let user download an ebook from my site. Would it go against Google TOS if I download an ebook from internet and then put it on my website for users to download or should I go ahead and write new ebook with unique content in it.

Where were you planning on getting the ebook in the first place. So long as you aren't breaking any copyright laws, then there's no problem.

I think it will not be problem unless you are breaking the copyright laws.

If that ebook is not copyrighted, there will be no problem.. You can have a link in your website to download that ebook.
