Hi,

I have submitted few articles to article submission websites like goarticles etc. My article is indexed in Google but my backlink is not count yet. Please guide me

1) how much time Google take to count backlink?
2) if I can do anything to speed up this process?

I am checking backlinks by Google Webmaster Tool.

Thanks

Around 10-12 days, but articles are in Google index then why not backlinks?

You mean I should create tier 2 backlinks?

Correct, and look for the effect of those links rather than just for the link to show up in your report. If the site is moving up in rank for the exact keyword search, then you know those articles are doing their job. It takes Google and other engines a while to catch up...

If the article is already index by google I am sure the link is already counted. Google do not list all source of back link even in google webmaster tool.

It definitely takes time for google to index your backlinks sometimes. If your link is on goarticles google definitely recognizes it. This is a high pr site..

    Send backlinks towards your backlinks.

I send Social bookmarks towards all of my links since Social Bookmarks are usually indexed extremely quick

You could always turn your list of links into an RSS feed and then ping your Feed with Pingler.

Alternately if you have access to Scrapebox, blast your list of links.

I am planning to bookmark my backlink pages with my keywords and create high PR forum profile to create 2nd tier backlinks.

I have access to scrapebox and xrumer but not sure what do u mean? Should I blast for 2nd tier backlinks? Do I need to be careful for per day limit for 2nd tier backlinks?

If your links are indexed then big G knows of it and link have been already counted in their index. That is apart that it may show in webmaster tools after few days.

I hope so, I have posted backlinks in "About the Author" and links are do-follow.

The backlinks may show but do not show in the Google results. The best one to check is Alexa. I have a few Wiki links that i have been waiting to show up for about a month.

Best advice to someone starting out is to be patient. These things take time to develop. If you created some articles with backlinks and Google has indexed them...then they already count. They might not appear in your webmaster tools for a week or two or may never appear because webmaster tools doesn't show all of your backlinks.

With SEO it's definitely a marathon. Keep building links both Tier One and Two on a daily basis and don't stop. Over time you will see your ranks increase as long as your on-page SEO is good and you have a decent amount of content.

It's hard not to see instant results as everyone wants instant results but the best advice I can offer is spend the time on your strategy then execute it for a solid 30 days before checking the results. Take a snapshot of your stats on MajesticSEO then continue your article/link building strategy then compare it to 30 days from now and see how many more links you have.

If you are building back links on a frequent basis this is the least thing you should worry about.

Judging by what you are doing you can not out rank your competitors.

Links generally have different time frame of getting indexed and article directory by itself in 2012 can not do much good if it's not properly interlinked.
