provide your website URL and keywords so i can check and let you know prices and time frame for top 10 ranking. Prices depends on keyword search volume.

It depends entirely on the keywords.

Ranking for "apartments for rent New York City" is a lot different than ranking for "apartments for rent Shittown PA".

Ok so out of 15 keywords

4 of those are getting searches
1 gets 457 daily searches (for exact) and is high competition in Google-A
1 gets 26 daily searches (exact) and is high comp
1 gets 10 daily eaches (exact) and is high comp
1 gets 7 daily searches (exact) and is high comp

The other 11 are the keyword (keyword keyword new york)
and contain the area and no searches.

    What would you charge?

The number of searches really doesn't tell you anything about the competition. I can find keywords with very few searches, but the competition is stiff, and vice versa.

The competition level in Google's Keyword Tool has absolutely NOTHING to do with the SEO competition. No offense, but if you are offering SEO services to someone, you should know this.

I would never charge a customer to target a keyword that does not get any searches.

It seems many long tail keywords in there... i think you can estimate based on the search volume and on page works...

And that would be a stupid assumption to make without looking at the competition. You can easily end up pricing yourself too low for the work involved.

You may start by identifying what work needed to be done in your SEO campaign. Like if you want to create Web 2.0 networks, how may articles you need to put each property, estimate the price per article and by that you will have an idea how much your Web 2.0 will cost.

Of course there are other factors to consider like expenses etc.
