I have heard that it is good to add more social links post panda and penguin such as re tweets, likes, google pluses etc.

Any views about this helping your ranking ?
Do you use any software for this ?
What kind of ratio are your tweets, likes , google plus

How often do you build them ?
Do you make your own twitter and facebook page and then add the likes and re-tweets to this or use your money site to add the likes and tweets ?

    I would question that authorithy if that is what you heard.

    Panda is onpage and primary targeting thin content and bad webpages. If you just see social links as links, they will not have any effect on a Panda hit website. Social proof and social interaction could, so integrating social media could raise the website quality, if done the right way and naturally.

    I just use the social media webapplications og smartphone applications for updates. Again - do it naturally. If you like to time your updates, use something like BufferApp.com.

    The only thing i can advise a victim of panda update is focus more on seo practices. You have to first look at your content and improve then improve on other on page optimization techniques. The you can then think of off page optimization like using social networks because it also important.
