I am looking for an onsite seo plugin/software, something similar to Scribe. Does people have anything to recommend?

I dont expect the plugin to do wonders for my business, but i write quite a lot of content and i hope to get better optimized content for my sites.

An added bonus would be if the plugin supports more languages than english/american, since i also produce content in norwegian.
