Problems with Post meta descriptions with All In One SEO

I have All In One SEO set up on a blog and the home page title and description is working fine.

Metadescriptions for individual posts are not working. I am entering titles and descriptions in the In the All In One SEO Pack section of the bottom of posts BUT the descriptions are not appearing in the source code or in Google search results.

What setting or field do I need to change so meta descriptions for individual posts does work?

Thank you

Anyone know how to set up All In One SEO so the hand written description is used as the meta description?

Can you provide the site this is for so we can view the source code?

As far as I can see, All-in-One SEO is generating your description:
<!-- All in One SEO Pack 1.6.14.5 by Michael Torbert of Semper Fi Web Design[438,469] --> <meta name="description" content="Chinese movies, actors, actresses, genre and directors" />

      Hi Rcostica,

That is the problem. The description I enter at the end of the post IS NOT

<meta name="description" content="Chinese movies, actors, actresses, genre and directors" />

So I am trying to find out how to set up All In One SEO so the data entered in the post description field is the actual description in the source code.

Depending on how fast your site gets crawled, I sometimes find that it sometimes takes time for Google to change how your title/descriptions are seen in the SERPs, try changing it then re-pinging the page/post. If that doesn't work, you could re-install the plugin.

Thank you for your suggestion Mlaria. My problem is not googles listing. It is the actual metadescription code. I cannot make the All In One SEO description the metadescription.

So my question is what setting method do you use so that the post description is the actual metadescription.
