Post Panda Penguin Dangers

Here are some factors that I think are very dangerous to use since Penguin... You may agree and add others I may have left out? or disagree and explain why you think any of these things are still safe... however I believe these factors are only just scraping the surface...

Onsite Over Optimization Factors

-over the top EMD
-keywords in content over density
-KEYWORD STUFFING..same kws in title tag, in description tags, in h1,h2, in internal links anchor text, in bold, italics, in image alt etc...
-copied content or duplicate content
-grammar error, code error
-low quality or irrelevant content, lack of content
-one bad page can affect whole site
-outbound links to crappy sites
-slow loading time
-bad design and navigation
-too many ads above the fold
-crappy plugins that muck up code
-all old factors such as gateway pages, hidden data, thin micro niche sites etc

Offsite Over Optimization Factors

-Public Blog Networks
-Automation software or link sharing sites including bookmarking networks such as socialwire, etc, (you guys might disagree with this one)
-Backlinks from unrelated sites especially low quality, penalized or spam sites
-Backlinks from sites with too many OBLs
-Backlinks from profile pages or sites with no related content or no content at all
-Overuse of keywords in anchor text, not enough natural looking anchor text links
-links from spun content or duplicate content such as same article in numerous article directories, directories or any site using the same content for your backlinks in it
-spam comments
-too many links from same site (sitewide footer links and sidebar especially from crap sites)
-too much pinging
-too many links too quickly from anywhere
-paid links
-fake social signals such as bought Facebook likes etc
-too many webmaster tools url 404 and duplicate pages errors
-use of bad outsourcing (90% of fiverr) or inept behind the times seo services

What is safe?

How about a high quality content, fast loading site with no errors and user friendly navigation made for people not robots and slow build up of natural backlinks from related niche sites within unique and relevant content with all sorts of varied anchor texts from many different sources but all related somehow.. natural social signal build up and some more quality relevant posts on your site consistently...
