i know Godaddy, Dynadot and NameCheap. there price starts $5-12

    I just use the TDNAM scraper in Scrapebox and do mass PR check and buy from there personally.

    You should buy them before they expire, otherwise they are reset to zero as far as the SEs are concerned. As mentioned earlier, use RegisterCompass and Godaddy auctions.

    The only problem with TDNAM and GoDaddy is 99% of the domains with a PR over 2 are faked PR. You need to be careful. And if they are not fake, they are going to be snatched up fast. You will almost never find a legit PR 3 or 4 on there.
