Let's say it will take you X amount of hours of work for your niche site to be ranking for your chosen keyword and start making some money.

Now let's realise that X amount of hours is 100%, in other words you need to put in the hours to reach 100%.

Step 1 - Log out of Warrior Forum, Facebook, Twitter and close YouTube. Stop "learning".

Step 2 - Start working on your site with what you already know.

Step 3 - Reach 100%

Step 4 - Earn money online with niche sites.

Stop overcomplicating everything.

    I can't completely agree - you need to "learn" as well, but you also need to keep in mind that work needs to be done. That is why I try to learn every day, but I don't waste time on forums that don't add value (WF does add value).

    We only have so many hours in a day. However, when you spend your money outsourcing, you tend to have more time to yourself :p

    Anyway, I couldn't agree more. The more time you spend developing your sites, the more money in your pocket.

    A small tip. A lot of people start by building one site and seeing what happens. You start by building at least 5 from the get-go. Some will go up and actually make money, while others will prove to be a dud.
