6 questions about link pyramids and backlinking

I am trying to adjust to Penguin & Panda and optimize an SEO strategy.

My link pyramid has 4 tiers:
tier 1 : high pr web 2.0 > linking to money (main) site
tier 2: general web 2.0 > tier 1 sites
tier 3: article submissions > tier 2. and money site
tier 4: blog and forum comments linking to tier 3.

QUESTIONS:
When creating backlink structure and link pyramid

  1. do you BOOKMARK ALL URLs (like http://mywidget.wordpress.com/2012/0...y-post-titles/) OR only the main URL of the property (like http://mywidget.wordpress.com) ?
  2. do you create LINKS from other tiers to the main URL of web 2.0 only (http://mywidget.wordpress.com), or to deeper page URLs from these web 2.0 also (http://mywidget.wordpress.com/2012/0...post-titles/)?
  3. how much content do you put on web 2.0 properties ?
  4. do you keep adding content to the web 2.0 props (squidoo pages, hubpages, wrodpress blogs, weebly pages...) continuously ?
  5. if yes to 4), how often
  6. how many links to external (non related) sites do you put on:
    * your money site
    * your web 2.0 properties
    * your distributed articles ?

    My answers:

    1. I bookmark all URLs.
    2. Deeper urls is now perfects.. don't much focus on main site url. 80-20% ratio
    3. It depends on keywords levels.. i basically add 2-3 content per week with different anchor text
    4. Yes i keep adding content to high pr web 2.0 sites.
    5. 2-3 articles per week (UNIQUE)
    6. ???? :confused:

      I read elsewhere (and I believe Yoast adivses this thru its SEO Wordpress plugin) to include external links in a post. The question is: how much, how often, and where...

        Got it. Link to external sites like Wikipedia or any other authority sites is good once in seo plan.. google loves to see that you are linking to other authority sites.

        I have only 1 site which i focus so i unable to say much about dozen of sites..
