The return of Meta Keywords tag!

Google announced they will make use of meta keywords tag for google news. The meta tag will now take a new form like;

<meta name="news_keywords" content="World Cup, Brazil 2014, Spain vs Netherlands">

    They don't directly help you rank, they're just a guide for telling Google what your website is about.

    G doesn't read meta keywords and Bing uses it as a spam signal, in other words, if you even have a meta keywords tag then your site gets penalized in Bing. If it's keyword-stuff then you REALLY get penalized at Bing.

      Really? I have pages with meta keywords that are on the front page of Bing, even at number 1 for highly competitive terms.

      Don't worry about "THE BING RESULTS". You wont get much traffic out of Bing anyway.

      I rank for lots of big keywords in make money online niche on Bing and yahoo and all of those ranking combined doesn't get me the amount of traffic one of those ranking gets me on Google.

      Its just a waste or energy to worry about Bing nowadays.
