Hi GTK29,

Create a new AdWords account > Enter your billing information (you will not be charged) > Choose either manual or automatic payments (for when your credit has been used, if you decide to keep advertising) > Go to the billing section of your AdWords account and select 'apply a promotional code' (this maybe under 'more actions') > enter your coupon code and wait for the credt to be applied (usually within an hour).

Yes you should enter your billing info first although you will not be charged unless you decide to carry on after the voucher credit has been used.

These codes are only for customers with UK and Republic of Ireland billing addresses and will not work for anyone outside of these countires.

Are you in the UK or ROI? If so I can provide you with a code valid for £75 AdWords credit.
