Guest Post Q: Links in my Article Redirect to their Site before they go to Mine?

Basically, I've posted an article on say http://mysite.com and within my article are two links.

The links are working fine, but instead of being direct links to my site, they redirect through the http://mysite.com domain first.

Is this bad and should I cease posting to this website in the future?

It depends on the type of redirect. If it's a 301 redirect, then you'll get the credit.

It's a 307 Temporary then a 301?

According to Matt Cutts/Google, temporary redirects (302 or 307) don't pass link juice.

Matt Cutts: "302s are intended to be temporary. If you are only going to put something in place for a little amount of time, then 302s are perfectly appropriate to use. Typically, they wouldn't flow PageRank, but they can also be very useful. If a site is doing something for just a small amount of time, 302s can be a perfect case for that sort of situation."

links in your are redirecting of some errors like,302 or 307 temporary error or it could be 301.
