Adsense Earnings/Tips

Hi there. Im just about to monetize my forum and blog page. Just wanted to ask around for any tips that can lead to a better income from Adsense? I currently only average around 500 page loads a day, around 5,000 Unique visits in the last 30 days and around 3,400 1st time visits.

It's only a start up at the moment and im taking measures in SEO and so on to increase the traffic of the site - but for now what kind of Adsense earnings would I be looking at? Are their any tips to increase the earnings? Any special position for ads? Any tricks and so on.

If anyone could tell me there Adsense stories and so on, i'd be greatful.

      Yes, unique and good content! You can try to promote your blog using social media too. Try facebook and twitter. Another thing you can do is guest posting in other blogs of the same niche. These are just some tips/suggestions to increase traffic in your website. The higher the traffic, the more possibility for higher CTR in your ads.

      My site have a lot of unique content and fresh contents but I am getting enough visitor in my site and my Adsense Earning is vary low.

      Really. We came to know that Unique content is the key for better search engine ranking, how this will help to increase adsense earning? Would you please like to explain?

    Of course, many here won't follow that, with varying success.

    But as above, unique, quality, readable content is the key.

    Well I plan on writing 2-3 500 word articles everyday so that should give me the chance of earning some sort of money. Can I ask what kind of money you yourselves have earned and what kind of traffic rates you were getting at the time?

    Have a solid template/layout for ad placement, expirement with ad positions follow that heatmap above, or run a heatmap on your site to see where people are clicking and center the ads around that. ps. Don't know what you'll make, don't know the CPC or conversion %'s, amoung other factors..

    The best position is within content above the fold. A decent CTR is 7%, so you should aim for that.

    It's very hard to say how much revenue your site will generate. Each site is different and without knowing the theme of your website, it's impossible. You could be looking at $10 a day .. or $1 day.

    One extra tip ... Adsense allows you 3 text units on the page, but you should only use 2, or even 1 in the hottest spot. The more ads you have on page, the lower the price per click.

      To increase your adsense earning, you have to customize pages for ads and use Chanel and rich media ads. Those can help you and Increase your adsense earning.

    I keep my adsense ads above the fold, and I only use text ads...

    But it's going to be different for every type of site. You really have to just test lots of different things to see what works best for your site.

        Image and rich media make more per click, but it is best to allow all ad types so your overall cpc is higher since the ads compete against each other for placement. At least that is what google says.

          Thanks, I have test it but result is same. However, is there any sensitive ads on Adsense ?

      Think about quality over quantity, after the latest Penguin and Panda update, Google Algorithm love articles with more words. 1000 words or higher

    Mr. Jack, making money with adsense is very easy. You just have to sedulously focus on 3 key elements :
    1. Organic Traffic (the most important element for adsense)
    2. Ad Placement (the second most important element)
    3. Keywords (the third most important element)

    Adsense revenue can be maximized by driving more traffic to the website or blog. You can achieve this by posting quality and unique content on your website and by improving its search engine rankings. You should remember that Adsense considers the traffic from search engines. If your traffic is from referrals or direct and more clicks are coming from your ads, this may result your account to be flagged.

    So first put quality content on your website, then promote it in "RIGHT WAYS". Once you start getting organic traffic, your Adsense revenue will improve. Remember also that the ads should be placed at the right positions on the page where they could be seen by your visitors easily.

        You need to give few days to understand what works and what doesn't works for you, don't make frequent changes..

    Pay attention to UNIQUE content and try to place your ads on the top and ... it would be excellent if you manage to MERGE them with the background (the same colors!)

    adsense seems to be going dead imo.. got few #1 sites.. together about 1k daily uniques all organic trough google (own some good #1 ranks for some keywords) and still together they don't even make 2$ a day.. when i started i earned about 3-4$ a day with the same sites and traffic, seems like adsense are starting to pay less and less..
