How these guys SEO?

Hi there, right now I am working in a company as an seo specialist, we do everything manually.

But what I don't understand is how warriors here offer so many quality backlinks for so cheap like $29

I bought seo package from a warriors & he charged me $20 for:

1. Two 70% spun articles, submited to 800 article directories.
2. 50 social book marks
3. 250 profile links
4. 50 web 2.0 profile
5. 50 edu blogs live

Further 10,000 blogs comments pointing to all links & all links submited to RSS.

I belong to India, work here is cheap but still I cant imagine somebody doing this manually for $20.

My question is what softwares these guys use to give these services for so cheap and still earn nice money at the same time.

    Seriously just look at your sig, once you start making 22k every 30 days you can afford any backlink you want. So basically all your problems will be solved in 30 days.

    As for software, who knows these days.. Whats the link to the package you purchased, the full description might shed some light on it.

    with backlinks it's not always quantity, but wait for it...... quality! One really good quality link is worth A LOT of rubbish links
