Try expanding it to at least 800 words, choose your top 5 keywords and include them in the content at least three times. For ultra-competitive niches like SEO, it really is better to have a blog as your homepage to benefit from the 20,000+ words of home page content over time.

2. Design issues. Your header is BLANK. Your menus are BLANK until the mouse cursor goes over it. Beneath that, your site appears very professionally designed, all that quality goes down the drain due to your header issues. How do you expect to sell web design services if your SALES PAGE is defective?

3. You are wasting the seo potential of your H1 and H2 tags. Change the title of your subpages to one of your target keywords. This is by far the easiest remedy and one that WILL make a difference. I own websites I haven't promoted for 6+ months still in the top 10 for keywords that match the title tags.

Checked Your links from OpenSiteExplorer and it seems that lots of link-building is going on. I mean your site is linking to 291 different domains, perhaps that may not be problem but relevant and natural link building works best!

2 - exchange links with sites that you want your site to be viewed in its place. (The server IP)
