Would a YouTube embeded video on your site be considered a Page Rank leak?

No. I don't think it would be a PR leak... BTW why are you so worried? YT is a authority site after all...

No. YouTube video is not considered in Google indexing. But YouTube is an authorized site then there is no any problem. It may help you in social sharing of your information.
