Any SEO Advice regarding Passing On PageRank Juice Through a 'no follow' link

Lets say for easiness here a site has 1 page with 20 outbound links.

If 10 of those are no follow, would the PR juice be spread of the remaining 10 follow links? Or would only 50% of the juice be available for the remaining following links.

Meaning that Google would take the juice form the page that a no follow would normally suck out of it but simply not credit the destination site that link is pointing to?

I have always wondered about this?

Google said a while ago that they changed the way PageRank flows through no-follow links. They said it's close to the second scenario. It was implemented to stop PageRank sculpting.

Yeah, nofollow links take PR juice away but pass no PR credit. So if you have 20 links where only 10 are "follow", they get about 50% of your "page PR".
