(June 17, 2009) Matt Cutts recently announced that PageRank blocked by nofollow "evaporates." Lets say for easiness here a site has 1 page with 20 outbound links.
Any SEO Advice regarding Passing On PageRank Juice Through a 'no follow' link

Lets say for easiness here a site has 1 page with 20 outbound links.
If 10 of those are no follow, would the PR juice be spread of the remaining 10 follow links? Or would only 50% of the juice be available for the remaining following links.
Meaning that Google would take the juice form the page that a no follow would normally suck out of it but simply not credit the destination site that link is pointing to?
I have always wondered about this?
