Adsense ads not appearing on the site

I've been making money with adsense for about 8 months. But suddenly something's changed and now ads are not appearing on my blog. ads do show up sometimes but most of the time they don't show up.

You can check out the site freshinfos(dot)com. There are two ads, one on top of posts and the other on the right sidebar.

Could you guys check it out and tell me whats wrong. Could it be something wrong with the theme? or the adsense?

    Login to Google Ad sense Account then Click Ad sense Setup and Get HTML Code.

    Edit your source code for your web site. Open the page that you would like to have your Google Ad sense code appear. Paste the code to the location you want.

      I'm using both text and image mixed ads. And it happens sometimes not always.

      Someone on another forum said that keywords are triggering adsense from not displaying. Is that true?

    It often happens for the image type of ads(Only when image is selected). There wont be any problem with text ads.
