strang ranking situation

I have seen a 5 year old site that have only 3 pages ,having content in only one page rest two are blank, no robots.txt ,no sitemap.xml and no changes were made in last 5 year in that site ,even then site is ranking for keywords that are in it's domain name . site is" immigrationtolithuania . com "; while I have a 12 year old site having a lot of good content , a lot of quality backlinks and following all google guidelines .

So is it impossible to beat a site having exactly matched domain name ??

    If you do have better site then your competitors then you can rank #1 definitely, you need to track their backlinks and try to get the same.
