Webmaster Tools - Remove URLs

I have a question about the Remove URLs feature in Webmaster Tools.
When you create a removal request for a blogger blog, do you need to enter each individual URL of the blog to remove the entire blog or do you just enter the root URL i.e. http://blogname.blogspot.com
I entered the root URL and it says "Web page removal" in the column, but I read someone on the google groups forum say ensure it says "Site removal" instead of "Page removal".
