Buying Micro Niche Blogs / Sites or AdSense Sites?

Hey warriors,
I've been extremely busy, and have a few hundred bucks laying around that I'd like to invest and turn into some passive income. I started my own Niche site, and the Keyword was very low competition on the first page of Google, along with 49,000 Exact Local Searches / Month from Google, and more from other search engines. The Average CPC was $1.13, and a click from one of my friends paid $0.73. I set it up with CTR Theme and a 1000 Word Article for a Landing Page, along with 4 800 word Pages with more info. I have a Facebook fan page with 800 purchased likes (to make it more attractive on my site), however I haven't had the time to rank it in Google, as I am absolutely awful at SEO, and haven't seen results from any of my efforts over the last 2 weeks (site is still not in the top 1000 results), and was considering just purchasing some micro niche sites, either pre-made, or pay someone to create them for me. I've seen some selling them for $35, however they guarantee $50 / Month after about a month of waiting, and that seems too good to be true.

Anyways, If anyone has any ideas on what I could do I would really appreciate it. And for the people that are going to tell me it takes work to make money, you can't outsource everything etc, I know, However a few hundred bucks has to be able to get me something, or possibly boost my site to the top of google for some income.

Thanks!

I've also noticed a few sites on Flippa, however they are usually not making any money at all, or they are just domains..
If anyone has made money with a small start up amount on Flippa please let me know about it.

Personally I would only buy the sites that have original content and just have not seen their potential yet..

It is too easy to make your own site and do what these people do. Most of them are full of PLR and junk. But of course there are also new sites with great ideas attached to them..

I am not too sure how you could guarantee a site to make $50 though...good idea though...for the seller..

Thanks. I think I'll have to move to another venture unfortunately.

Unless they are ultra high quality ie with aged domain, a dozen articles, and all pages backlinked, you're only going to see pennies off of them. There's already talk around the forums about google going after shallow EMD's so that leaves 95% of Micro Niche Sites dead in the water! Expect to pay at least $300 for a quality aged domain site with original content... there you could see some reward. Your statement about "it's already been 2 weeks and no rankings" is highly worrying. SEO is a game of patience. If your domain is new expect to wait anywhere between 1-3 months to reach your rankings (depending on your SEO of course)

    Cheers,

    Alchemy.
