I started a thread earlier saying that my main site wasn't an EMD, had over 100 posts, no blackhat techniques etc. Therefore, I'm hoping that I just have to wait it out until things stabilise.
But say that your posts haven't regained their ranking in the next week, so you decide to ask Google to remove all the indexed pages, in addition to deleting the website yourself. Could you then add all the content from the deleted site to a new domain without any penalties occurring?
Low competition KWs, by the way , so I'm not worried about ranking the terms again.
