EMD ALGO UPDATE: One of my sites is making a comeback!

I lost 5 to this algo update and I've been keeping an eye on them and so far my biggest money maker is making a comeback.

Around 5pm yesterday I noticed there was a problem because I couldn't find my sites in the SERP. Then I checked again around 7pm still nothing, that's when I came here to see what was up.

Fast-forward to this morning I found it @ 304 but it's been steadily coming back and it's now 286. It's been moving in the past hour or so.

I'll give it a break tonight and check again tomorrow but I'm not touching my sites until I know for sure that the dust has settled. I've learned from others during Panda/Penguin updates.

  500+ Updates a year. That's 3 - 5 a week, at least. Google is never finished

  UPDATE: So far It's not looking good. I initially seen movement but it stopped and so far it sits at 300. I don't know if the algo is still happening but my competition hasn't moved only my site so far.
  
  There is an EMD .com that is #3 and a thin site but has more backlinks than me although it's odd because all the backlinks are from the same site?

  If after a week, the site still have not return, will there be any chances? Or it is better to start off with another domain now?

  Hello Alfred,
  This is a normal thing that we have seen at every update of Google.
  So, I want to tell you that you have to continue with your existing domain because we are able to see update at every 2 months from the google, so how many domain you change?
  
  So as per my opinion you have to increase your quality backlink and you have to wait for some time. But Don't stop your work just continue your work and within a 2 weeks you will get your rank back.

All my extremely high competitive keywords are ranked #1... they just jumped to the number one spot.

My blogger sites and squidoo sites doesn't seem to be affected with the EMD updates. It's actually making a comeback after getting hit a few weeks ago.

  I wonder if the highest sites get hit by the algorithm crawl first then as it works its way toward the results the lower sites just get put back in their place?
  
  I am slowly seeing improvement as well but I am also beginning to wonder if Google could be tweaking the algorithm as each hour passes and they see good sites disappear?
  
  With a Bizzilion servers, I imagine that things could definitely take a while to propagate.
