How many links in the differents pages of the same domain?

I have read a lot of seo books but i have not found the answer for this question .

If i found a very high pr blog that admits comments, it is dangerous to put links on every post o should i just put one comment in one post.

Obviously i'm talking about linking to the same target url.

    I have seen many comment on many or all posts on a site but my personal choice is to comment on one post. I just see commenting on every article as spamming.

    There's no maximum. High-quality links are high-quality no matter how many are on the same domain.

    Here's the difference though, you want your referring domains as high as possible to make your links seem natural. So making 1 million links on 1 domain will just hurt you.
