I have no videos on my three main financial websites. They are all respected PR3 or PR4 sites with original content that I wrote. Their about 5-10 years old.

My question is this. It sounds as if having videos inserted in each article helps SERPS.

Would it be best to create my own videos and insert them into some of the articles I wrote? Or can I use some videos that I put on YouTube already and linked to the main page?

And is one video per article too much?
