Like a newbie, i want to starting from Search Engine Directories. I want to submit my websites to some High PR Directories.
I will submit daily to 3-4 High PR Directories and make 4-5 Do Follow Blog Comments On High PR Websites. (i have my own source)
So i will make daily 8-9 backlinks to my website newborn Is too much 8-9 backlinks per day (the type of backlinks i said above) to my new website which have 15 days?
What anything else i need to do in next days (besides that i need to post daily unic articles / posts) ?

Blog comments. Don't do too many directories - they are like Google magnets for getting penalized. For one reason, one the blog/site owner would post them to directories.

Start out slow, manually do highPR and low-OBL blog comments, with naked url's to your site. Then overtime make tons and tons of Web 2.0's with original high-quality content, with two or less links with good anchor text pointing towards your money site.

At the same time be promoting your site on social media, social networks, and social bookmarking. Finally, at this point start sending a 3rd tier and 4th tier of less-quality but higher volume links to your tier 2 Web 2.0's.

Or just purchase some professional SEO to do all of that for you, and more, as they will have tons of trade secrets that can't be given out in public. I wonder who that could be.

Dude, i would like to suggest you that getting backlinks is not too hard. But it is not wise to create backlinks randomly. Try to focus on quality not quantity. Best of luck for your new site.

Can you explain me a little?

I would ignore everything I just read above.... but that's just me

I would keep adding content and when I thought I had a lot of content, I would add some more just to make sure.. (read this as in like 100+ articles). Each time you put an article on the website, I would add a link to the website's facebook and twitter pages. When you get this far, then it is time to start looking at SEO off site but you will be starting with a solid foundation from a content stand point.

When writing content, I would do some decent but not over the topic keyword research so you can target content to create decent SERP

You can see lots of changes in algorithm of Google.com so you have to work accordingly, it is time to build brand name instead of building links to your site, if you are doing link building then you should build natural and relevant links for better result.

I suggest that you focus on link building strategies that drive real traffic to your site. Directories can provide links but will not give you any real traffic. While commenting can help in some way, you'll surely get less than satisfying results in terms of traffic. You'll get trickles at most.

    So here's a suggestion.

Targeting keywords? article marketing or quality guest posting. Then promote your backlinks. There's no limit on how many links it can have.

Targeting traffic? Guest posts and forums may do well. You can also get some good traffic out of solo ads.

You can target both with PPC and track your ad or product conversions.

8-9 backlinks per day are good enough, but check later that all are approved.

You could do 30 a day, they will take weeks or months to get approved and indexed. Web2.0 are very easy. Go to Wordpress.com and make a new blog, post quality content to it everyday. Post a few links in the content.
