I am running some seo tests and I wanted to know if there is any seo service that you know that will provide between 20,000 to 100,000 verified contextual backlinks. I know there are a few on fiverr but I just want to see what else is out there, I don't care if there are using software and it would be good if the links can be pinged as well.
