Should I or not? Will it improve my rankings if I do?

Thanks,

You should. Unless linking to a related, non-affiliate authority page, which can actually help rankings.

Edited: Let me rephrase. "Nofollow" your affiliate links (it's just smarter), and "dofollow" your relative non-affiliate links to external authority sites.

It is very helpful to others if you go down the dofollow route, although this does attract the spammers and spambots. The last thing you would want is to be listed in a dofollow category that invites all spammers to join your site.

Affiliate links should be no-follow, otherwise you are wasting your link juice. However, some links on your site have to be do-follow, because otherwise your site doesn't look natural.

    Not to improve I think.
But it's fairly better to use "nofollow" tag

    Yup, recommended!

Use it because you definitely don't want to pass on any link juice to the site.
