What happened to Blogger?

Hey guys,
Can any one please tell me what happened to Blogger dot com? I can't see any of sites in Blogger dot com.
Is it my IP or some thing else?

    Working fine here... Try to open blogger sites through pagewash.com and see if it is open or not.. if it is open than your IP is busted...

    it's still working for me too. If it's not working for you, probably you should try using wordpress then. It's a pretty good platform for blogging too.

    That was weird.
    1. I searched one of my old blogspot domain names on Google Chrome Incognito, & a 503 page loaded in the browser.
    2. I tried Firefox & the page loaded just fine.
    3. I went back & searched my domain name on Chrome Incognito a 2nd time & the blog loaded just fine, like nothing was wrong.

    Even If blogger was down for a week it would still be better than WP free hosted blogs, lol.

      I was not able to access any Blogger blogs yesterday. I was checking 1st page SERPs on a few different keywords and checking out the sites that showed up on page one. None that were Blogger would open, and the only one that went anywhere was to tell me it had been shut down. :rolleyes:

      I have a Blogspot that is 6 years old so I tried that. Couldn't access it either. Was able to access it just now however.

    All blog sotes are working dude.

    The particular blog you are trying to open might be stopped by google due to violating the TOS or you might be removed or deleted by unknowingly.

    Just a tip. You won't find any of your sites at blogger.com.
    You will see your dashboard....

    Wp is not better. Why would it be? You can't do shinola with
    it without a plugin, for the most part. Blogspot comes
    SEO'd right out of the box, just the way google wants a site
    set up. You can do ANYTHING you want, and easily, with
    blogspot. You can also get your own domain...

    Not sure why people have such a love for WP. It's actually
    a pretty crappy CMS. And when I say crappy, I mean with
    a capital C.

    I think it's just because people know nothing except but a domain,
    install WP, wash, rinse, repeat. Insane when one actually thinks
    about the wonders one can open up without WP. This forum
    seems to be filled with fail and WP help threads. I wonder
    why. Huge correlation if you ask me.

      Probably because with WP, your blog can't just get deleted out of the blue like with Blogger.

    All I know is blogspot was temporarily down today. I searched my domain name on Google & got the usual Google Sitelinks like everything was normal, then clicked the SERP link & got a plain white page with text that read "503 error". Just checked again & everything is ok...

    WP is still the best, **** G with their monopoly of the internet, i have gotr several blogspot blogs deleted! its a crap, its not even SEO friendly as it should, i hate its permalink structures and management system of dashboard

      Unfortunatly Blogger is a big target for spammers probably because it's free and doesn't require original content unlike platforms such as Squidoo. So G has implemented a flawed and heavy handed spam detection system that removes blogs which aren't spam. Unless Google improve the spam detection system, Blogger is a waste of time.
