You can specify the country by adding ?gl=blah to your search query where blah = some country code, eg: US

The last section contains the localization parameters.

Basically what this means is that you do not need a service such as AdwordsAnywhere.

I'm not sure if this actually shows the ads you would see or just the search results. I would suspect just the latter

That is an option, although it becomes harder when you want to see anything apart from US ads. Also, for several reasons I would prefer not to use a Proxy.

I seem to remember in DJK, Chris spoke about a paid service which I actually paid for. Anyone remember what it was?
