    It is a one way journey.
    Google will never give you unless you move to a different city and change your name etc.
    or get a new one with your Parents/Brothers name after moving out of that city.
    Probably change that computer as well.
    You site is banned for life. You should get a new site.

    You must have broken their guidelines.

    I had a fright myself the other day. I have a load of sites with identical design but different products. I thought why not create a page of thumbnails of each site, along with the urls, and pay for traffic for that page? Nope. Google wouldn't run the ads and I had a warning about using a doorway site or some damn thing or other. Frightened me and I took the page down straight away.

    Read their guidelines and alter whatever it is that you did to upset them. Suspended isn't stopped altogether so just sort it out and no doubt your account will be activated once more.
