Since Google does measure Bounce Rate when ranking websites;

Do you believe that having a exit Pop-Up Box appear on a page before exiting would decrease the bounce rate of a website in Googles eyes, since the visitor is actually taking somekind of action on the website with a popup box?

Thus increasing SEO on your website to a degree of somekind, even if it is small.

  • Yes , it actually work cause of people do actually spend time to read the pop out and just decide to quit the page.
    But you do need to track the effect because some people might think it too annoying and cause they dont want to enter your site again as a repeated traffic.
