Yes, Start SEO step by step. First Complete all the On page activities like Keyword Research, Unique Content, Image Optimization, Robots.txt, Solve Canonical Issue, Heading tag etc.
Now start Off Page SEO activities submit your site on High PR websites. Off page SEO like Directory Sub, Article Sub, PR Sub, Blog Commenting, Forum Posting, Social Bookmarking etc..

Also create Facebook, Twitter, Google+ page and Promote your website.

You need to read more and more stuff about SEO before starting it.
Then after that you can try this few guidelines.

-Keyword Research/Analysis

I think i done correctly

have a h1, H2 ,h3 tags

have italic , bold , underline

Keywords in Html Title , keywords in meta description and meta keywords

keyword destiny in the body is 4.4%

Need some help for

- keywords in internal linking

- keywords in external linking

- keywords in alt tag ( i placed my keyword in images at "alt" but it says that it has no key )

and my seo on page score is 72.7 % :-)

SEO -> content +video ->backlink =rank 1 in google.

In seo there are two steps like On page , Off page optimizations , once you complete proper on page tactics , just follow off page tactics as you to need to improve your keyword ranking .
