I'm ghostwriting for an established site and would like to find some real-life examples to use in some posts concerning Google updates and rankings.

It would likely mean answering a few questions about your site, what you did or didn't do, if you recovered, if so how, screenshots, etc...

Mostly interested in 'real' sites... i.e. a small business, home business site, etc... vs. affiliate sites and such.
