Is Google sandboxing me with irrelevant ads?

Since Sept 28 i have noticed that my adsense revenues after steadily growing ever since I found my niche, (comics) have dropped off the cliff.
At the rate I am going (or not), I will be lucky to make $4.00 this month after getting up to 10-12 dollars a month. Lucky because all I made is $1.28 one lucky day sometime between Sept. 28 and today, Oct 11. 1 bloody click all that time?!?!

Panda, Penguin perhaps? I am not a spam site and I don't SEO, although my ads were in the danger zone according to that google ad safe zone map thing there.

So i fixed all my ads to below the fold so I don't look like a 'made for adsense' site.

OK, my traffic #'s still looks normal, so maybe I still have my meagre ranking.
I have 4 or 5 pages, one page is on how to use a floor buffer, the other pages are philisophical crap and my main page is comics.
Problem is that I am getting swiffer ads on my comic page, I think because my floor buffer page gets decent results for visits, and is dominant?

To get to the point, which a point there is,
Is Google serving me irrelevance or sand-boxing my ads because my content appeared thin and/or my ad placement (which I fixed today) was above the fold, since Sept 28 was not allowed?

I searched the net, and found no satisfactory answers, so I came here.

Please look if you wish, and I hope you enjoy my comics! I worked hard on them.
can't link, need 14 more posts! Can I make a non-linking link?
Thanks, and Hi!
