Hey guys,

it says here that my adwords account was permanently suspended. I am quite surprised, since the second representative I spoke to was quite nice to me, vice versa.

Please can I get advice on what to do next? Does it mean that I can never, ever advertise on google adwords again?

Thanks for your help guys!

Did they say why it was suspended ?

What type of websites you were promoting using adwords ?

Probably the target urls/sites that you were promoting are againt the google adwords policies.

    Hi Anil,

Thank you so much for your reply.

My first website is this site: attractivemanprogramme.weebly.com/

( Put a http in front of it.. warrior forums doesn't allow me to post links unless I have 15 or more posts.. )

I got whacked for arbitrage policy. That was stupidity on my end, I set it up because I wanted to provide the developers with a prototype to base my site navigation on.

My second website is this: attractivemanprogram.com

Now this is the real website... and it got whacked by user safety policy.

To the best of my knowledge, I received an email for the second violation. Called them back and had this guy called Jesse on the line. He told me what to fix, and I went ahead and fix it.

Called them back a second time to ask for help on how to change my site. The lady is called Simmi, once again she was nice. Sent me some cookie cutter emails, and told me to change my site.

Fast forward to today. I called them up just to find that my website was permanently suspended. Now I'm perplexed.. because I added in a TOS, private policy etc.

Not too sure why I got permanently suspended?

    I just got this email..

    Hi Joshua,

    Thanks for calling us.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but unfortunately we cannot provide any further assistance in this matter. Google's primary objective is to provide safe, relevant experiences for our users. The decision to suspend your account was made after careful review of your account and the low quality landing page experiences promoted through your ads.

Your sites are suspended for the following reasons.

    Arbitrage attractivemanprogramme.weebly.com/
    User Safety - Misleading/Inaccurate Claims
    attractivemanprogram.com

As you may recall, the Terms and Conditions to which you agreed to when you signed up for AdWords state that Google reserves the right to disable any ads when deemed necessary. You can review these Terms and Conditions here: adwords.google.com/select/tsandcsfinder

Again, we're sorry for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your understanding.

Please note that pausing or deleting the campaigns, AdGroups or ads
related to the disabled sites will not make a difference and violation will remain in your account history.

I apologize for the inconvenience caused but this account will not be unsuspended.
Please refrain from opening any new AdWords accounts. We will suspend any
    newly created accounts also.

    Regards,
    Ram
    The Google AdWords Team.

Ughhh just got the chills. I remember waking up to a bunch of zeros and receiving this exact email.

To this day, I do not have an adwords account because it's such a hassle to get back. However, it is possible, and I was infact able to get back on google 2 times but was banned again shortly after for who knows what.

Anyways, this is what you need to do:
      • new credit card with new billing address
      • new computer or formatted computer
Here's the catch... once you have all of this done, you can never ever ever login to any Google owned account u had logged into on the banned computer (youtube, gmail, adwords, adsence)

If you can dodge all those bullets and it's worth the effort, go for it!

I've got another computer at home, problem is, it uses the exact same internet line as the one that I was using when it got banned. Will using that second computer help?

You are not allowed to advertise subdomains that you do not own. You must own a domain. You cannot promote a .weebly page.

I'm sure there are other reasons dealing with your content, but unfortunately your website url isn't even eligible.

            Hi JoshuaAMP,

It appears you have been permanently banned from AdWords. In cases where the violation(s) are especially egregious they may make a decision to permanently ban an individual. This is very difficult to recover from because they refuse to communicate with you even after you have made your website compliant.

You can still try to get another review, you might get lucky and get a sympathetic reviewer. However, you should not attempt to contact them until after you have brought your websites and ads well within compliance. If your websites have many issues they are not going to spend hours and hours on end trying to show you the dozens, or even hundreds of issues that your websites have. You need to show them that you have done substantially all the work yourself to bring your websites into compliance.

I have found that the following issue seems common among affiliate marketers:

            Misleading/Inaccurate Claims

You cannot get away with making unsubstantiated and/or unrealistic claims, and this seems to be the common issue with many ebook and affiliate marketers.

Honestly if I you I wouldn't bother with Adwords as they policy getting more and more strict regarding promoting affiliate offer you may get around temperately such as using straight redirect to the offer and so on, you are far better of moving to AdCenter as you would have more choice and paying less per click, if you are able to make AdWords campaign profitable then you wouldn't have any problem to do the same think for AdCenter as advertising method on AdWords can work same way on AdCenter...

There are a few options here.

First, find out why you were banned.

If it's for being an affiliate, then you can either pack your bags and take your business elsewhere, or register on a new computer with a new identity.

Since Google doesn't want your business, why not take it elsewhere?

That's the way I see it.

If a company doesn't want my cash, then so be it.

    Hi guys,

Thanks for replying. I think the reason why I got banned is because of unacceptable business practices. I teach dating, i.e. helping guys to get better with women, and they pretty much associate it with being sleazy- which is partially true ^_^

Are there any other way of reaching out to my target market? I was thinking of buying PPM banners on dating websites...

I'm sorry to say this but the title tells it all.
There's no further steps left to your adwords account.
