I am searching a list of a sites where i can in my SEO works for my Directory Submission, Social bookmarking, Webs 2.0, Press Release, Blogs and other needed for SEO Submisison...

For directory submission your can use this site: List of SEO Friendly Directories - Quality Directory List Updated Daily.
You can find lots of directory site there which from page rank 5 to page rank 0.
