I dont know about the rest of the newbies. but I am wondering if plural and singular keywords would make any different in ranking
For instance, if i were to rank for a keyword

boy and Boys

and boy has a higher search volume then boys.

Would it be better to target the keyword boys or boy?

and !!! if i choose boys as my keyword am i still able to rank for the keyword boy???
PLEASE HELP ME !!! thank you so much.

  • Yes it makes a slight difference in your online marketing campaign.
  • you should target the plural and singular will automatically considered by Search engines.

  • Focus on what makes sense for the content... the rest will take care of itself.
  • Use both where ever it's appropriate. Don't say

"There are many boy in the class" even if boys gets 923403284032 searches and boys gets 10 searches a month.

    Use,

"There are many boys in the class"

  • Yes, singular and plural keywords make a difference in SERP. Although the singular keyword will be considered in SERP if you use the plural, you may still need to optimize your site for the singular keyword if you can. That's to make sure that you're on top of the rank for both keywords.
  • Alright thank you so much guys. hehehe Appreciate it alot!

    • I think you should optimize both to ensure good enough traffic to your site.
