Hi Warriors,

We all know that Private Networks has been penalized by Google updates. One of them is BMR or buildmyrank.com! But, You can get rid of these penalization by buying PERFECT domains! Domains that can help your sites rank by not leaving footprints on Google! So, how to do this? First is to buy domains by using tools. You can use the tools below.

Next is to check all the domains gathered. See the checklist below:

  • The domain is indexed by Google
  • The PageRank is not faked
  • The domain has verified PageRank in multiple PR checks
  • The domain is Aged (older the better) - 2 Years +
  • The domain has never been dropped
  • The domain is under no Google bans - check site:domain or Check Google ban tool - check if your site is banned by google
  • The domain is not banned from Google Ads - use this tool Google AdSense Sandbox - Preview Tool for Google Ads
  • The domain has at least 1 link to it of equal or higher PR than itself and
  • the link is likely to stay
  • The domain has a range of inbound link types
  • The domain has links from various, unique A, B & C class IP addresses
  • The domain has links from authority websites (Ideal bonus, not a necessity)

When you follow this checklists in buying domains and make your site looks professional and create quality contents on it, I guarantee that you can avoid these penalization from Google!

  • Thanks, Ronnie for the Very nice post.
  • I have to admit this is one area I have no clue about but this did provide a good solid foundation to learn from.. Thank you
  • Op gets props. good thread and opening. Some things I need to correct though so people don;t go down the wrong path. This will be a long reply even by my standards

Can't comment on any of those tools in depth but until further notice the best tool on the market for analyzing domains to me is Register Compass. I know people insist on free services but in my opinion thats silly. If you are going to be putting money on the table for domains then you are going to have to have some cash anyway and if you cheap it out on tools to analyze then you are just either going to waste valuable time or valuable money

generally but not without exception. A domain not indexed can mean one of two things. On the bad side the site might have been deindexed but on the perfectly normal side a lot of domains that expire were taken offline from before the domain expired and the domain will fall out of the index naturally and be perfectly good if its offline long enough.

    Totally correct. Must be checked

Totally wrong. You never depend on PR checkers. you do a search on Google as follows

    info:domaininterestedin.com and site:domaininterestedin.com

Not necessary. A site can get mad links organically within a year . Some tech companies get coverage and go belly up in 18 months. Age means next to nothing - the backlink profile is what matters

Widely held notion that I not only believed but taught. However in recent studies so far this year has turned out to be false. Its difficult to peg this down because dropped domains lose links after having gone through the entire expired dropped period but Its safe I think to now say they do NOT always lose their PR or pose any risk just from being dropped

Ummm not a bad practice but not necessarily true. IF the domain has enough links of the same PR it can hold just fine

there is absolutely no such condition needing to be met. As long as the link convey juice and will stay based on your analysis (a whole nother topic) It could have all of one kind of link and be fine. Howeve rit it has onely one source all from the same domain or IP thats a warning signal

For me indirectly true because I no longer recommend SEO host from a few months before the deindexings of BMR etc. If you se multiple hosts then you will end up with that variety.

There is a whole lot more that goes into buying domains and setting them up in order for you to be protected when you buy them or after. I wouldn't use the word guarantee though. However you can greatly reduce your risk by knowing what you are doing through the whole process

    • I agree that you should never depend on PR checkers, but the "info:domaininterestedin.com and site:domaininterestedin.com" doesn't always work either.

  • Good thing we have the Quan of SEO on our side to breakdown every post on the forum! The masses would surely be lead astray without his wisdom.

  • Nice tips. The part i have the hardest part with is believing the PR is real. I check with multiple PR checkers but it still leaves some doubt in my mind,
