Guy from ad agency threatens to blacklist my site

I've just rejected a post offered by an ad agency who asked me to publish this post. they offered money. but then I rejected it for several reasons.

Now this guy from the company is threatening me that he is going to place my site and contact details on the global webmaster blacklist database.

Please help me out guys. How can I battle this situation? Can I take any actions against this company? Or is there a way to scare him away?

      I would publicize the letter in it's entirety all over the web. Add a poll to it asking "Should I do business with this kind of person?"

      Throw it all over FB and twitter, etc.

      Then he'll have to pay you to pull it all down...if you can in some circumstances.

      p.s. - where's that little devil smiley icon when you need him. must be feeling a little mean against bullies this morning. lol

          Thanks for all your feedback guys. Just what I needed to hear. I did a lot of searching but couldn't find any webmaster blacklist database. I thought your guys might know it since you are the pro's.

          I guess he must be bluffing. Seems like bloggers do have to deal with bullies on the internet as well.

    I never heard of "global webmaster blacklist database". Does that thing even exist?

    I'd call his bluff. Or do as debra suggested. Post his name, agency name, links, email addresses, everything! It will shut him up before you know it and he'll soon realize it's doing THEM more harm than you.

    global webmaster blacklist database, what it is?
    If he will do gray hat or black hat links or spammy links with your sites then remove those sites with Google webmaster. Don't worry, he is just trying to make you fool. He can't do anything.

    What he is wanting to do (a paid post with A link I am guessing) is against Google TOS anyway....

    I also agree he can't do anything, I would put a post either on a blog or facebook, but dont mention the company name, just the situation.
