#3 for my keyword wrote an article in 2007 about my keyword and #5 has the exact same article word for word published in Aug 2012. #3 is an authority site with a PR of 4 for homepage and 2 for niche article. #5 is somewhat an authority site with a homepage PR of #2 and rank 0 for niche article. The keyword is a small niche one. My site is #14, but up less then a month. Both are using adsense.

What should I do? Tell #3 and requests link exchange?

I've spent the last 59 months building 412 MFA sites. Each site averages 8 cents per day...I said average, some make up to 17 cents per day, PASSIVE INCOME! This income allows me to live comfortably and buy ANY flavor Jolly Rancher or Skittles I desire. Don't give in to fear, it CAN be done!

This is a good news. If a website with duplicate content can rank there, so can you. Forget about #5, start building links right away and you will outrank both of them very soon.
