Advice reading backlinking please :)

Hi,

Some of you guys now I took on a project 2 weeks ago that is themed around Christmas. My site is index and ive been working on backlinking via blog commenting on high PR's ive also got FB and Twitter etc.

I NEED to be ranked #1 for at least one of my keywords within the next 2 weeks, otherwise this whole project would be a waste of time and money ive spent.

I bought a gig on fiverr for 300 social bookmarks + 5000 wikis this guy is top rated guy who most people use.

Do i

1. Direct this straight to my money site url
2. Direct it to my web 2.0

*PLEASE NOTE: I dont care if google tanks me in 3 months time! I only need and want this site until late December.
I really do not want to be tanked before then.

    You can try a few press releases although these might not bring results quickly. Also make a youtube video and try to promote it too.

    Provided those wiki links are aimed at the social links, just aim it at the money site.. otherwise get a refund. (Just my opinion)

    Since this is an odd little project, might want to consider using social link exchanges like Follow Like to help get things going.

      I addition to the other replies, I would also create new pages on your site, at least one per week. Continue creating backlinks to these new pages, which will get your site indexed more frequently and keep the content algorithms happy.

        Once a week? I would be releasing new content on a daily basis and then use a social link exchange to get some movement to it. This creates a lot different ways for people to find your site. As she said, this is a xmas site, so she needs more now not later in months. New content every day gives 7 new ways for people to find their way to your site each week.
