I think de.gamesite.com is the better seo friendly variant.

With gamesite.de taken, de.gamesite sounds better.

Anything you go for will work it all depends on your overall strategy.

Go for .de domain. Try to use german based hosting as well.

Paul G, I think the only problem is that he wants to stay with gamesite.xx motif but gamesite.de is already taken by some other competitor. European hosting tends to be expensive, this is why most European and Afro-Asian companies prefer to host their sites in the US of A.

I have host on hostgator business plan, I am not going change host, but think about gamesite.de, i wanted make my site large and more authority.. also my gamesite.com has PR 4, and it is 3 years old

So you are going to target different countries so I would say that create different sub domains within your site, I think this would be the best idea, see Google too..

de.gamesite.com is easy to remember and has a kick on it. Besides, since its the only option left then you I guess you should go for it.

If you target only German audience then register your domain with .de TLD and host your website in German. because Google gives priority for website which hosted in local server.
