using keywords to an advantage. question

So I have a list of about 50 keyword/phrases

If i wish to write a review fr a product and I have 8 keywords, how can I best use them for the most traffic?

Should I make two articles with few keywords in each which will mean ONLY 2 keywords will be H1 and 6 keywords will be seen as less important to google and i might not rank well for them.

OR

Should I create maybe 4 article with 2 keywords in each? The articles will be rather similar.maybe just spun content but i will then be able to give 4 key words H1.

Whats the general way of doing this to give as many keywords high H tags and importance in googles eyes? thanks

P.S I know tags are not as impotant as they once were but surely the more H1 tags the better..and I only want 1 keyword to be H1 in an article.

Will having spun content of my own, on my site to tend to different keywords actually make things worse?

I just dont want to have only 1 article which contains many keywords because most of them wont have much google importance and i might only bring in traffic from 2 of them...
