I have been marketing my site... plz help urgent

Either you are working too hard, or you need to be patient. If it has only been 3 days, it takes time to build up your traffic. I had to take about 2 weeks for me to start getting about 200 visitors daily. If you want to make your life easier to get your site known in the social networks, blog daily ad use tribepro.com. Within a week I was getting a good flow of traffic through the social network. Just stay consistent and teach people quality content on the social network and you will do great.

What do mean by "I am marketing my site" ?

What are you trying to do exactly. Posting updates of your site to your social network account ?

What is the size of audience you are marketing to . Are they interested in your site ?

There are lot of other factors. Probably you need to give more info on what exactly you have been doing so far.

  Building traffic and I do mean quality traffic to your site takes time and patience. This is especially true if you are promoting through social bookmarking and facebook pages.
  
  You want to make sure that you are building relationships on these sites and being an active member on them. If you are just dropping links to your sites and running to the next site, you are going to see little in the form of quality traffic building to your site.

Trying to build traffic from 2 or 3 sources can be frustrating. I always suggest getting your message out in as many different ways as possible (paid/free).

Here are just a few....

Search Engine Optimization (FREE)
Forums (FREE)
Guest Posting (FREE)
Commenting on similar blogs (FREE)
Social Media (FREE)
Meetups (FREE)
Google Adwords (PAID)
Facebook Ads (PAID)
Linkedin Groups (FREE)
Youtube (FREE)

5. Social media (Video, Facebook, Twitter, Myspace, Instagram e.t.c)

You can also post classified ads on sites like Craigslist. This is a good way to get traffic. Press release distribution and guest posting work well too.

royalg, all good advice given.
One thing I see, though not relevant to this post, is since your site is health related, you may want to put up a disclaimer that protects you from giving advice that may harm someone. The one page you have that stands out is : How to Prevent Cancer Naturally - Healthy Reserve | Healthy Reserve

I'm not a lawyer and perhaps someone in this niche can help, but your title says "How to prevent cancer naturally"
I think a safer title might be "How to help prevent cancer naturally".

There are a lot of sue happy people in this world, so perhaps better safe than sorry?

Man you are just working for 3 days. Even if you work 24 hours a day in 3 days, you won't get anything good yet.

Social bookmarking sites and facebook pages are two platforms where content comes into play. On both of these platforms you share content, so if you are not getting visits, work on content buddy!
