Google Panda means duplicate content or low quality content. You should review your content and update them so that they can become good quality content. Then promote your new content on social media sites and build some quality backlinks using relevant anchor texts.

Straightforward. If a page has suffered major losses positions on certain keywords, chances are that page to be considered "low quality" and such pages pull down the entire site. Not much sense (and no you do not nail) to argue that the pages are actually "high quality", belive me. Delete those pages or re-index those pages using Googole Webmaster Tools. ...this is panda

    All the best

No offense, but what does that say about the site in place 399?
Or 401? You have a misconception of a lot of things. Like
maybe panda had nothing to do with it. I copied from your
sig link about some mythical "dofollow" backlinks. There's no
such thing as dofollow, but let me quote:

"When we subscribe to other peoples high PR profiles and join groups, this creates a link back to our profile page on each of those pages. These allows us to sculpt the internal link juice to boost the page rank of our own profile! The Results On the next Google page rank update, you will see your profile page is a minimum PR 5. And that's a PR5 backlink directly to your website with anchor text! That's enough link juice to make your site PR2 instantly!!!"

That is complete nonsense. If that's what you are doing and believe, then you
have way more problems than just "panda."

To get your blog back up in rank, I would start adding fresh, unique, quality content that is reader friendly.

In your writing you will naturally incorporate keywords that will get picked up and ranked by the search engines. Don't overdo it with the onsite optimization, because that will only hurt your rank.

I would also cloak any affiliate links since this seems to be a turn off to the search engines, and make sure that any internal and external links you create on your blog use a variety of anchor text keywords.

As far as building backlinks goes, I think it's important to focus on quality and not quantity. Build them on sites with page rank, and once again make sure you use a wide variety of keywords in your anchor text.

A blog can be brought back from the dead, you just have to be put in a little elbow grease and give it a little time.

        Best of luck to you!
