What Percentage Of Keyword Anchor Text, Plain Links & General Words Is Working for You?

My question is, while placing back-links to your money site, what percentage of your targeted keyword as an anchor text, plain links & general words is working for you?

Like 20 % targeted keyword as an anchor text, 30% as a domain URL/Plain Simple Link and 50% as general words like click here, read more, visit us etc?

Also what keyword density % of On-Page SEO is working for you? Like 1%, 2% or 3%. In other words how many times you are using your main targeted keyword in the article including relevant keywords?

What about Heading 1, 2 & 3 etc?

How many links you keep in one article that you post on other sites like web 2.0 & wikis etc?

    The problem is not anchor text or whether you vary it. It's the low quality links.

    I really don't give a shit anymore worrying about this stuff after all the G updates. just build a site blast it with links and bank, rinse then repeat.

    Stop focusing on anchor density and worry about quality of links. If your content is right then google already knows what site is about and the right backlinks will propel it up.
