What is better for backlinking, blog commenting or posting in forums? I have been trying to guest post and comment on blogs related to my niche, but I can hardly find dofollow blogs. Is posting in forums just as effective as commenting on blogs?

    Do both while doing guest blogging They are effective when you are doing it in a quality way.

    I believe that both blogs and forums are helpful in backlinking.

    I don't advice you to do one and leave the other, they both help and will give better results. You can even add other methods like guest blogging too.

    I would continue to do both. But do keep in mind that some forums out their are also no follow.
