    If you want a free tool to see what websites are linking to yours, you can use Google webmaster tools. There are way better paid tools out there that do what you ask (check your own links as well as competitors and much more). SEMRush is a good one or Traffic Travis.

      I use this method as well however backlinkwatch is a good option as well. You can also try Bing webmasters tool where you can find our good old favorite tool - Link explorer

    You can check by backlinkwatch.com it will show you 1000 back links .This is standard formula for cheking back links- link:abc.com(homeoage) give you backlinks counted by Google.
